Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Terms of Service (TOS)

Services

SuperSeedBox.co.uk will provide Customer with what they signed up for within their order according to the fees indicated to the Customer before SuperSeedBox.co.uk billed Customer. Customer also understands that unless SuperSeedBox.co.uk is running a promotion, SuperSeedBox.co.uk will not discount their price or provide anything more or less than what the customer signed up for without Customer upgrading their plan by a SuperSeedBox.co.uk customer service representative.

Rejection of Services

SuperSeedBox.co.uk reserves the right to cancel, temporarily suspend or deny services to Customer at our discretion. If SuperSeedBox.co.uk feels that it is not of its best interest, or a liability to obtain a customer, SuperSeedBox.co.uk will take into consideration past history on both business levels and personal levels to determine if customer is a liability to the company. SuperSeedBox.co.uk will give notice of cancellation if SuperSeedBox.co.uk cancels Customers account, as well as temporary suspension and denied services.

Payment

SuperSeedBox.co.uk will invoice Customer 7 days in advance of their official due date of their account. Customer agrees that as long as account is active, customer will maintain a good standing balance with SuperSeedBox.co.uk , and will pay before or on the due date of invoice. Any setup fees associated with the opening of the Customers account, or future upgrades are one time fees; services ordered during initial signup with setup fees will be charged up front, as well as the Customers hosting services. If Customer has not paid by the account due date, SuperSeedBox.co.uk will wait 2 days before suspending the account. If Customers account is not paid after 4 days past the due date, SuperSeedBox.co.uk, at its desecration, will terminate the customers service(s), unless arrangements have been made by the customer with a staff member. Please note that Dedicated Servers Customers must pay all dues before or on due date, SuperSeedBox.co.uk will wait 1 day before suspending the account. If Customers account is not paid after 2 days of the due date payment has not been received, SuperSeedBox.co.uk, at its desecration, will terminate the customers service(s), unless arrangements have been made by the customer with SuperSeedBox.co.uk.


Good Neighbour Policy (Shared Seedbox)

SuperSeedBox.co.uk specializes in "shared seeder hosting" and before you sign up with us it's important that you know what shared hosting is and how it plays a part in your hosting experience. For simplicity's sake let's just say that there are two types of seedbox hosting; shared and dedicated.

Shared: Means you pay a relatively small amount of money and your seedbox is hosted on a server that is shared by other customers.
Dedicated: Means you pay a premium, but the server is only used by your seedbox. Nothing you do affects anybody else's site and nothing anyone else does will affect your server.

SuperSeedBox.co.uk Good Neighbour Policy states that "no seedbox shall be allowed to affect the performance of other seedboxes sharing the server." This means that we constantly monitor all of the seedboxes on the server and if one of them starts to cause trouble for the others, we will take action to fix the issue. What does this mean?

Summary: If your account (more specifically any files/torrents in your account) causes any type of problems for the other users on the server, it can and will be suspended.

Content

All services provided by SuperSeedBox.co.uk may be used for lawful purposes only. Storage of any information, data or material in violation of any Dutch or French law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: malware, phishing material, scam sites. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SuperSeedBox.co.uk from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. If we see any traces (not limited to) of the upload/downloading/seeding of child pornography torrents, hacking torrents or fake torrents, a immediate ban from our servers with be placed and will be reported to the authorities.

Staff Abuse

At SuperSeedBox.co.uk, we always treat our customers with the utmost respect. In return, we expect the same from you. If our staff feels that you are consistently addressing them in a demeaning or rude manner, your account may be suspended and you may be asked to take your business elsewhere. In the event that we terminate service for support abuse, customers will be given 7 days notice to find a new host. We will issue a refund only for the unused portion of pre-paid service.

Server Abuse

Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to an SuperSeedBox.co.uk’s server or customer of SuperSeedBox.co.uk is strictly prohibited. SuperSeedBox.co.uk will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Customers found in violation of this provision will be subject to account deactivation without refund. SuperSeedBox.co.uk will turn all available information about abuse incidents, including customer contact data, over to the proper authorities and press charges.

Shared seedboxes login details including FTP/HTTP must not be shared to the public.

All public trackers are blocked at our firewall. Public trackers are bad for the server and bad for your health :) A public tracker is defined here as any tracker which allows you to acquire a .torrent without an invitation.

Dedicated servers must not be used for mail spam, hacking or any other malicious activities.

Failure to Follow Policies

Failure to fully comply with these terms is grounds for account suspension and/or deactivation (with or without refund, subject to SuperSeedBox.co.uk's discretion). Any accounts and/or servers contained within SuperSeedBox.co.uk's network must adhere to the above policies. We reserve the right to remove any account without prior notice. If we deactivate your account for violating policy, you will forfeit your rights to a refund--and none will be given. No refunds for advanced payment. Our normal policy is a warning first, and account deactivation the second offense, but no warning is required. SuperSeedBox.co.uk reserves the right to deactivate, suspend and remove any site hosted on our servers that contains any content that it deems in its sole discretion to be unacceptable, undesirable or contraindicated.

Downtime

If any downtime occurs, we cannot be responsible for any damages which may occur. We will try out best to work with the datacentre and defeat the issue. If we believe the issue is unresponsive, we will provide a new service.


Cancellation of Services

To cancel account, the customer must login to their account, click on My Services, click the service you wish to cancel, and click "Request Cancellation".  Cancellation by any other means will not be an acceptable form of a cancellation request.

You will have two options:
  • Immediate: Your seedbox will be terminated within 24 hours. You will not be able to access your seedbox at all.
  • End of Billing month: Your seedbox will be terminated after the billed month.

All cancellation request must be sent to SuperSeedBox.co.uk before 48 hours of the due date. Any cancellations made by email, ticket or other support means are treated as immediated unless otherwise stated. 

Refund Policy

All new shared seedbox accounts are covered by a 24 hour money back guarantee. If you become dissatisfied with our services at any point within the first 24 hours of holding an active account, we will issue a  refund of your money unless otherwise specified at, or prior to, the time of purchase. A charge of up to 10% may apply in certain circumstances.

The 24 hour shared refund policy will be void for any of the following reasons.
  • We are suspicious of 'hit and run'. If we find any reason to believe that you didn't have the intention of purchasing the seedbox for the whole month and took advantage of the 24 hours.
  • Public trackers failed to work
  • The customer is fabricating issues with the seedbox.
  • The customer has used more than 25% of the seedbox space.
  • The customer has used more than 25GB of bandwidth.


A refund will not be given to customers who had tested our seedbox prior to purchasing the tested seedbox or on any dedicated servers. Pre credited account funds cannot be withdrawn.

Dedicated servers are fully self managed and maintained, however if  you need help with anything staff members are availiable for help via the ticket system or live chat.
